As palestras me fizeram enxergar coisas que eu mesma já não via mais em mim.
Me fez olhar para mim com outros olhos , me lembro da Palestra que o Deferson disse : quem é o protagonista da sua vida ? Quem tem que ser o protagista da sua vida É VOCÊ.
Ouvir isso no momento que eu estava vivendo foi um divisor de águas pois eu comecei olhar para a minha vida de outra forma. De alguma maneira isso entrou fundo na minha alma e me deu uma força para me levantar e caminhar de forma diferente.
Tenho só gratidão por tudo que aprendi através do Lidere Coaching Instituto .
Without a doubt, it was a game changer.
The lectures made me see things that I no longer saw in myself.
It made me look at myself with different eyes, I remember the Lecture that Deferson said: who is the protagonist of your life? You have to be the protagonist of your life.
Hearing this at the time I was living was a game changer as I started to look at my life in a different way. Somehow it went deep into my soul and gave me the strength to get up and walk differently.
I am just grateful for everything I learned through the Lidere Coaching Institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência desde qdo entrei nesta instituição, foi única,,, vivenciei momentos maravilhosos, no qual abriu minha mente para meu futuro, onde descobri 30/05 que tenho um câncer de mama, e dali a diante coloquei em prática tudo que aprendi, a me controlar,eu auto conhecimento, fé acima de tudo, auto me conhecer, e acreditar na minha capacidade, eu acredito que Deus me direcionou para está instituição com este propósito e sou muito grata ao coach Deferson só gratidão......Deus te abençoe grandemente ?
My experience since I entered this institution, it was unique ,,, I had wonderful moments, in which it opened my mind to my future, where I discovered 5/30 that I have breast cancer, and from then on I put into practice everything I learned, the I control myself, I know myself, faith above all, I know myself, and believe in my ability, I believe that God directed me to this institution for this purpose and I am very grateful to Coach Deferson, only gratitude ...... Minha vida deu um giro 360° quando iniciei meu processo na Lidere com o super competente Deferson Lima e hoje está mudando a vida de pessoas da minha empresa.. já noto mudanças em meus colaboradores com poucas sessões nos cursos que estão fazendo de técnicas de vendas e liderança.
