★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um serviço que não cumpre com o que está vendendo, internet de má qualidade, um velocidade abaixo dos mega contratado, promete resolver todos os problemas, porém não conseguem eficiência no serviço, até atendem bem o cliente, porém não tem o serviço que está vendendo! Não aconselho quem precisa de uma internet rápida usar este serviço, não consegui nem rodar um filme em nenhum app sem travar!! E olhe que eu tinha um pacote de 200mega!! Porém era mesmo que ter 5mega. Triste experiência!!
A service that does not fulfill what it is selling, poor quality internet, a speed below the mega contracted, promises to solve all the problems, but they are not efficient in the service, they even serve the customer well, but they do not have the service they are selling ! I don't advise anyone who needs a fast internet to use this service, I couldn't even play a movie in any app without crashing!! And look I had a 200mega pack!! But it was just like having 5mega. Sad experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já faz bastante tempo (des da epoca da TBnet) e não vou negar que já estive insatisfeito com o serviço. Mas hoje devo admitir que estou SATISFEITO. Utilizo Lideri Fibra, e não sei mais o que é cair ou ficar lenta. Atendimento nota 10. Ah, sim! sem contar que mês passado eles resolveram um problema de infraestrutura no domingo só por que eu informei no sábado que eu estava sem o serviço. Não tem coisa pior do que ficar sem internet logo no dia da folga. Lidere eu recomendo!
I've been a customer for a long time (since TBnet's time) and I won't deny that I've been dissatisfied with the service. But today I must admit that I am SATISFIED. I use Lideri Fiber, and I don't know anymore what it is to fall or to be slow. Service grade 10. Ah, yes! not to mention that last month they fixed an infrastructure problem on Sunday just because I informed them on Saturday that I was without the service. There's nothing worse than being without internet on your day off. Lead I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível. Fiz o contrato num dia..chegaram no fim do dia..deixaram incompleta...e até hoje..dia 12/02... não funcionou.
Não tem suporte 24 horas..
É um tremendo engodo.
The worst possible. I made the contract in one day..they arrived at the end of the day..they left it incomplete...and until today..the 12/02..it didn't work.
No 24/7 support.
It's a tremendous scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou usando internet da lideri um pouco mais de 2 anos, houve sim instabilidade como qualquer internet, é impossivel não ter problemas, mas foram poucos problemas, meu uso é grande e sempre deu conta, e para quem quer uma internet para jogar, jogo diversos jogos como cod, cs go, lol, rainbow six, o ping é de paulista, 20 - 40, recomendo.
