Achei uma falta de respeito e de profissionalismo. Perdemos a oportunidade de comprar o produto em outra loja com um preço promocional por ter fechado com eles e ainda atrapalhou toda a nossa logĂstica porque iremos ficar sem o piso dentro do prazo desejado.
Por se tratar de uma empresa de nome na regiĂŁo achei muito AMADOR!!!

And two days before the floor installation deadline, he contacted me informing us that the price would not be the same and that it would have an absurd increase simply because we were not buying a larger quantity of the product. âI had a minimum orderâ
I found a lack of respect and professionalism. We lost the opportunity to buy the product at another store at a promotional price for having closed with them and it still hindered all of our logistics because we will be without the floor within the desired period.
Because it is a name company in the region I found it very AMATEUR !!!

Dias depois ligamos novamente e recebemos um preço bem menor, fui a loja para comprar e aĂ chegando na loja confirmei o valor do produto e recebi outro valor superior ao que tinha recebido pelo telefone, ao consultar na planilha a vendedora viu que tinha que passado o preço errado e me passou um preço ainda maior. Falta de respeito com quem quer comprar, vendedores precisam de treinamento urgente, comprei o produto na ABC da construção, preço infinitamente melhor. Atendimento pĂ©ssimo!!!!!
