Além de fazer o serviço aos poucos e com bastante sujeira, tentaram instalar um equipamento inferior ao que foi vendido (trocado somente após reclamação é porque informei que suspenderia o pagamento das parcelas abertas). Deixaram a central do interfone exposta e inacabada. Os técnicos e até mesmo o dono simplesmente não aparecem quando agendam. Ainda tenho um serviço pendente com eles mas já desisti pois não retornam os contatos.

Além disso, convidaram para apresentação e entrega das tags e não realizaram a entrega, informando que no dia seguinte entregariam, todavia, não foi possível localizar nenhum representante da empresa no dia seguinte, não dão informação direito e foram lentos e totalmente sem planejamento, absurdo ser obrigado a vivenciar esse serviço prestado.

Frequentemente os interfones ou portões apresentam problemas, e ainda temos que pagar por retrabalhos e para consertar. O serviço de portaria eletrônica também é fraco, não tivemos treinamento sobre os recursos disponíveis e como utilizá-los de maneira correta. Não recomendo.

Levaram pra arrumar no pior lugar possível, devolveram meu carro com duas cores e cheio de marcas. Não atendem, não respondem. Sumiram. Pra resolver só com justiça, totalmente desonestos. Eles são qualquer coisa, menos profissionais.
