Demora na liberação dos exames
Muito burocrático, os atendentes das clínicas têm que ligar para liberação dos exames e isso demora muito.
Atendente não capacitados para resolver problemas mais específicos.
Não cobertura de vários exames, mesmo no plano OURO.
Etc...
When I needed more, the service was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for possível vá para outro plano. Se você chega 1 hora antes da consulta vc fica de molho o dia todo para um atendimento de 2 minutos. Se vc chega alguns minutos atrasado vc perde a consulta e so é marcada para 2,3 semanas depois. A tendência é chegar bom e sair pior.
If possible, go to another plan. If you arrive 1 hour before the appointment, you are soaked all day for a 2-minute appointment. If you arrive a few minutes late you miss the appointment and it's only scheduled for 2.3 weeks later. The tendency is to get good and come out worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu plano é da life , porém aonde eu moro não tem lugar que atende o plano , nem por isso a life me deixou na mão , pelo contrário todas as consultas que precisei ir , e exames que precisei fazer , a life supriu em tudo.
