Mas a condição da edificação precisa de reparos e nesse caso daria nota 3. Como média deixo com 4 estrelas.

If I were to evaluate only the professional team, it would certainly be 5 stars considering the reception, physiotherapy and nursing care.
But the condition of the building needs repairs and in this case I would give a score of 3. As an average I leave it with 4 stars.
