★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam nada com essa clínica, eles são golpistas, fecharam no Shopping Unimart onde iniciei meu tratamento em 2019, a FRS CLINICAS ODONTOLÓGICAS LTDA , os clientes ficaram a ver navios e abriram na Glicério, com o nome MAIS LIFE ODONTOMÉDICA, até hoje não finalizaram meu tratamento, apenas uma prótese, e vou entrar com processo SÃO GOLPISTAS.
Do not do anything with this clinic, they are scammers, closed at Shopping Unimart where I started my treatment in 2019, FRS CLINICAS ODONTOLÓGICAS LTDA, customers stayed to see ships and opened at Glicério, under the name MAIS LIFE ODONTOMÉDICA, until today they have not finished my treatment, just a prosthesis, and I’m going to file the ISOLATOR process.

estava no aguardo de um resultado de exame com espera de 4 dias para ter resposta.
resolvi ir na clínica para pegar pessoalmente e espero mais de quase duas horas para falar que não está pronto.
Um verdadeiro descaso.
Detalhe e que se trata de clínica particular, imagina se não fosse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estou a mais de 3 meses tentando terminar meu tratamento e cada dia é uma desculpa nova, ninguém tem autonomia de fazer nada. A solução para tudo é marcar uma reunião com o sócio que não resolve nada. Terei que esperar mais 1 mês para saber se vai der retorno do laboratório ou não. É um descaso total. Não indico a Clinica nem para um Inimigo.
Terrible attendance. I've been trying to finish my treatment for more than 3 months and every day is a new excuse, nobody has the autonomy to do anything. The solution for everything is to set up a meeting with the partner who does not solve anything. I will have to wait another month to find out if the lab will return or not. It is total neglect. I do not refer the Clinic to an Enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei um tratamento na Sorrisus do Unimart shopping. Em menos de 1 ano, a mesma faliu e encaminhou meu tratamento pra essa Life. Já havia pago todo o tratamento de forma antecipada, cerca de 4 mil reais. Até tentei continuar a tratamento na Life, mas é horrível, na terceira ida, já haviam trocado de dentista.
Como já havia pago, assumi o prejuízo de continuar com os dentes tortos e desisti do tratamento. Agora pra minha surpresa, estou recebendo de uma tal de RM Cobranças, a solicitação de pagamento de mais de 20 mil reais em dívidas com a Sorrisus. Não sei que tipo de maracutaia é essa, mas alguém está agindo de má fé nesse jogo, não sei se a Sorrisus, se a Life ou se essa cobradora. Em todo caso, minha avaliação continua sendo de 1 estrela pelo péssimo serviço prestado pela Life, que inclusive é a nota predominante aqui no Google.
I started a treatment at Sorrisus at Unimart shopping. In less than 1 year, it went bankrupt and sent my treatment to this Life. I had already paid for the entire treatment in advance, around 4,000 reais. I even tried to continue the treatment at Life, but it's horrible, on the third visit, they had already changed dentists.
As I had already paid, I took the loss of continuing with crooked teeth and gave up the treatment. Now, to my surprise, I'm receiving a request for payment of more than 20 thousand reais in debt with Sorrisus from someone called RM Cobranças. I don't know what kind of scam this is, but someone is acting in bad faith in this game, I don't know if Sorrisus, Life or this collector. In any case, my rating is still 1 star for the terrible service provided by Life, which is even the predominant rating here on Google.

Você paga um Tratamento caro e não ter terminar por descaso ou golpe não possível ficar trocando de nome de empresa assim .deveria abrir uma investigação contra essas empresas

You pay an expensive treatment and you don't have to end up with neglect or coup, it's not possible to keep changing the company name like this. You should open an investigation against these companies
