★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de competência e profissionalismo da loja. Deixei uma armação nova, sem uso para uma troca de lente e me devolveram ela com avarias. A loja não quis assumir a responsabilidade e se negou a dar qualquer solução para o ocorrido. Não recomendo a ninguém essa loja.
 Total lack of competence and professionalism of the store. I left a new frame, unused for a lens change, and it was returned to me with malfunctions. The store declined to take responsibility and refused to give any solution to what happened. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida, fiz óculos de grau e já comprei vários modelos de óculos de sol.
Sempre que preciso de manutenção e regulagem, troca de parafuso no óculos, limpeza da lente, volto na loja e eles prestam assistência.
Os modelos de sol sempre estão em promoção.
I have always been well attended, I have made eyeglasses and I have already bought several models of sunglasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na loja, mas o pós venda não existe. Estou há mais de 20 dias esperando o óculos que deixei pra conserto e pra colocar uma lente nova e simplesmente ninguém responde, ninguém atende... infelizmente vou ter que procurar o PROCON pra poder resolver. Nuca mais piso na loja.
Great customer service at the store, but the after-sales service doesn't exist. I've been waiting for more than 20 days for the glasses I left for repair and to put a new lens and simply no one answers, no one answers... unfortunately I'm going to have to look for PROCON to solve it. Never step into the store again.

A lente era péssima e não me adaptei tive que voltar para a comum e a armação dita ser a melhor quebrou por uso. não recebi suporte algum da loja. Péssima aquisição e atendimento. Não recomendo a loja nem seus produtos!
I was sold Speedo frames and bifocal lenses as the best option in my case. The lens was terrible and I didn't adapt I had to go back to the common one and the frame said to be the best broke due to use. I didn't get any support from the store. Terrible purchase and service. I do not recommend the store or its products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei na life pelo ótimo custo benefício, mas não volto mais. Comprei 2 óculos de grau na loja em março de 2021, um deles quebrou em menos de 3 meses. Levei consertar, me cobraram o "conserto" e depois de 1 mês a peça soltou novamente. O segundo óculos oxidou o metal em menos de 9 meses de uso. Voltei a loja para reparar ambos óculos e além de cobrarem o conserto, fui bem destratada. Não volto mais.
I've always bought it in life for the great cost-benefit ratio, but I won't be back. I bought 2 prescription glasses at the store in March 2021, one of them broke in less than 3 months. I took it fixed, they charged me for the "fix" and after 1 month the part got loose again. The second glasses oxidized the metal in less than 9 months of use. I went back to the store to repair both glasses and in addition to charging for the repair, I was treated very badly. I'm not coming back.

O grande problema é a qualidade das lentes, já fiz duas vezes óculos com eles e as duas vezes as lentes eram de péssima qualidade, mas as bifocais (marca própria deles) que eu fiz foram a gota d'água! Dessa vez até o oftalmologista ficou bravo, elas são muito ruins, mas muito ruins de verdade.
Vou refazer a do bifocal porque sou obrigado, mas é a última vez.
The service is very good!
The big problem is the quality of the lenses, I've already made glasses with them twice and both times the lenses were of poor quality, but the bifocals (their own brand) that I made were the last straw! This time even the ophthalmologist was angry, they are really bad, but really bad.
I'm going to redo the bifocal one because I have to, but it's the last time.
