É pena notar a mudança de postura da XP Investimentos após a compra de parte da empresa pelo Itau e principalmente o IPO, assim como de vocês nos últimos tempos. Sou cliente da XP e da Lifetime há mais de 6 anos, quando a XP nem sonhava em ter o Itau como sócio e a Lifetime sequer imaginava ter um escritório luxuoso no Itaim. O que me atraiu na XP e na Lifetime Investimentos foi o diferencial diante do atendimento que os bancos davam. Pois bem, eis que a Lifetime é comprada pelo BTG Pactual mês passado e, abruptamente e por mensagens de email produzidas por robôs, sou transferido para o Atendimento On Demand da XP sem qualquer satisfação por parte da XP e da Lifetime - atendimento este que consegue ser pior que o de qualquer banco comercial que a XP tanto insiste em combater. Este ano devido a COVID e outros investimentos imobiliários que já estavam programados, tive que descapitalizar os investimentos que tinha com vocês, mas também muito porque já estava descontente com o atendimento da Lifetime. Uma pena. De minha parte, não recomendarei a XP nema Lifetime para mais ninguém.
I have been a customer of Lifetime Investimentos since when you occupied a small room in the Paraíso neighborhood in SP. Well, behold, Lifetime is purchased by BTG Pactual last month and, abruptly and by email messages produced by robots, I am transferred to XP On Demand Service without any satisfaction from XP and Lifetime - service that I can worse than any commercial bank that XP is so insistent on fighting. This year due to COVID and other real estate investments that were already scheduled, I had to decapitalize the investments I had with you, but also a lot because I was already unhappy with Lifetime's service. A feather. For my part, I will not recommend XP nema Lifetime to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência como investidor foi péssima com a Lifetime. Após eles mudarem pro BTG deixaram seus antigos clientes no escuro, com recomendações ruins e ao buscarem por eles uma aula de como não atender o cliente.
Diversas outras casas são melhores que a Lifetime inclusive para operar com o BTG. Nunca mais terei 1 centavo na gestão deles. Espero que esta avaliação ajude demais a procurarem outras casas.
Experience as an investor was terrible with Lifetime. After they moved to BTG, they left their old customers in the dark, with bad recommendations and looking for a lesson in how not to serve the customer.
Several other houses are better than Lifetime even to operate with BTG. I will never have a penny in their management again. I hope this review helps a lot to look for other homes.
