★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muitos anos, comprava presencial na loja de Goiânia, até que fecharam e passei a fazer minhas compras online na loja sede de Fortaleza. Até então era minha loja favorita, o atendimento, o tecido e a modelagem das peças eram excelentes. Infelizmente, quando passei a pedir online, fiquei muito decepcionada com tudo! O pós vendas então, nem se fala. Nunca recebi nota fiscal de nenhum produto. Uma das peças não me vestiu bem e paguei reenvio pra que trocassem, como só foram me dadas algumas opções pra troca e nada me agradou, a empresa era responsável por ressarcir tbm o valor do envio, o que não foi feito! Outra peça usei apenas 1x, sai às pressas e nem a etiqueta tirei, permaneci com o short aproximadamente por 1h e o tecido deu muita bolinha além de ceder entre as pernas. A vendedora me explicou que o atrito fazia isso, tudo bem, super entendo, mas com apenas 1 uso? A peça continuava com o cheiro da loja ainda.. infelizmente não fizeram nada! A falta de atenção e honestidade com o cliente, me faz não comprar mais itens da loja!
I've been a customer for many years, I bought in person at the store in Goiânia, until they closed and I started doing my shopping online at the main store in Fortaleza. Until then it was my favorite store, the service, the fabric and the modeling of the pieces were excellent. Unfortunately, when I started ordering online, I was very disappointed with everything! After sales, then, not even mentioned. I never received an invoice for any product. One of the pieces didn't fit me well and I paid for the return to be exchanged, as I was only given a few options for exchange and nothing pleased me, the company was responsible for refunding the shipping cost as well, which was not done! Another piece I used only 1x, it came out in a hurry and I didn't even take the tag off, I kept the shorts on for approximately 1h and the fabric gave a lot of ball in addition to giving way between the legs. The saleswoman explained to me that friction did that, okay, I understand, but with only 1 use? The piece still smelled like the store still.. unfortunately they didn't do anything! The lack of attention and honesty with the customer, makes me not buy more items from the store!
