Fui enganada por um vendedor durante a compra de um tablet para o meu filho. Expliquei exatamente para quê eu precisava do aparelho e o vendedor me fez comprá-lo juntamente com vários seguros e cartão de memória caríssimo sem a mínima necessidade. Quando voltei para questionar, fui atendida por outro vendedor que ficou até constrangido em me dizer que o aparelho não servia para o fim pretendido e ainda ficou trocando olhares com o vendedor que me vendeu.
Me senti lesada por esses golpistas que enganam os outros somente para vender.

I was cheated by a salesperson while buying a tablet for my son. I explained exactly why I needed the device and the seller made me buy it along with various insurance and expensive memory card without the least need. When I returned to question, I was answered by another salesman who was even embarrassed to tell me that the device did not serve the purpose and was still exchanging glances with the seller who sold me.
I felt hurt by these scammers who fooled others just to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a película para o meu s8 edge onde a vendedora disse ser blindada quando peguei no celular percebi que era pet da pior qualidade sendo que pedi blindada resumindo gastei quase 100 reais atoa e a película está saindo por não ser curva em uns 2 meses de uso.
I bought the film for my s8 edge where the seller said it was armored when I took the phone I realized that it was a pet of the worst quality and I ordered an armored one, I spent almost 100 reais and the film is coming out for not being curved in about 2 months of use .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela de um J7 Pro e parte da colagem fica soltando. Levei novamente na loja várias vezes e não resolve. Da última vez reduziram a garantia de 90 dias para 30 dias no recibo. Isso é indicação de má fé. Também mal respondem o whatsapp, sendo que nem fui agressivo ou mal educado. Difícil, falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente !!!
I changed the screen of a J7 Pro and part of the collage keeps dropping. I took it back to the store several times and it doesn't work. Last time they reduced the warranty from 90 days to 30 days on receipt. This is an indication of bad faith. They also barely respond to whatsapp, and I was neither aggressive nor rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compro mais nada nessa loja, comprei uma capa para o celular custou 50 reais e uma película de silicone que o vendedor disse que era mais resistente, comprei no final de novembro e logo no início de dezembro (poucos dias depois) começou a ficar assim. A película solta e dobra, essa película é um lixo e custou 30 reais. Essa película não è de silicone, ela è fibra de carbono.
I don't buy anything else at this store, I bought a cell phone cover that cost 50 reais and a silicone film that the seller said was more resistant, I bought it at the end of November and right at the beginning of December (a few days later) it started to look like this . The film loosens and folds, this film is rubbish and cost 30 reais. This film is not silicone, it is carbon fiber.
