★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo acabei de receber o piso errado.
Pedimos 02 Yakisobas e veio um certo e um arroz com batata e carne ( não comemos carne).
A atendente sugeriu que estávamos mentindo e negou a troca do pedido.
Péssimo atendimento, não merecem clientes simples assim.
Para piorar tem que melhorar muito.
 Terrible I just received the wrong flooring.
We ordered 02 Yakisobas and it came right and a rice with potato and meat (we don't eat meat).
The attendant suggested we were lying and denied changing the order.
Bad service, they don't deserve simple customers like that.
To make it worse, it has to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No domingo, 24/04 pedi um chop suey de carne e legumes. Logo após comê-lo, em uns 30 min comecei a ter um desconforto no estômago. Continuei sentindo durante a noite. No dia seguinte, vomitei mais de 10x e a noite fui ao hospital. Fiquei até as 03AM tomando soro e remedio. Voltei pra casa e continuei a me sentir mal. No dia seguinte, voltei ao hospital com fortes dores, desidratação severa. Um mal que nunca senti antes. Fui medicado, fiquei na UTI 2 dias. No hospital, 4 dias. Nunca passei tanto mal com uma comida na vida! Vou acionar a vigilância sanitária.
On Sunday, 04/24, I ordered a meat and vegetables chop suey. Right after eating it, in about 30 minutes I started having stomach discomfort. I kept feeling it through the night. The next day I vomited more than 10 times and at night I went to the hospital. I stayed until 03AM taking serum and medicine. I came home and continued to feel sick. The next day, I returned to the hospital in severe pain, severe dehydration. An illness I've never felt before. I was medicated, I stayed in the ICU for 2 days. In hospital, 4 days. I've never had so much trouble with food in my life! I'll call the health surveillance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que atrasam, já faz dezoito minutos , e pelo que parece pelos comentários, é normal, nem se importam mesmo... foi indicado que o pedido saiu às 12h23 e agora são 13h10 e nada...
Ps: questionei o motoboy sobre a demora e ele disse que estão com poucos entregadores. A Lig-lig tem que melhorar sua logística ou aumentar o número de entregadores...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia,ontem fiz o pedido e a atendende em nome de Bianca,que me atendeu falou que o prazo estimado era de 40/50 minutos até aí aceitei, pois falatava um pouco mais de uma hora do meu horário de almoço!
Conclusão demorou 1hora e 40 minutos de atrasado. Estou indignada,pois trabalho próximo de vcs. Eu sei que imprevistos acontecem,mas senti descaso total refente a entrega!!!!

Com 20 minutos de atraso (do prazo máximo indicado pelo próprio restaurante), liguei para perguntar sobre a previsão e a atendente não se preocupou nada com o atraso. Parece ser algo trivial para eles. Para piorar, a comida chegou fria. O wrap, que era muito bom, diminuiu de tamanho, veio meio desmontado e todo lambuzado. Não recomendo essa unidade
Atualizando jan/2022: o wrap virou um enrolado de alface. Quase não tem mais frango. O guiza é frito em óleo sujo. Veio cheio de resíduos. NAO VALE MAIS A PENA
Food delayed an hour. With 20 minutes late (the deadline indicated by the restaurant itself), I called to ask about the weather and the clerk did not care anything about the delay. Updating Jan / 2022: the wrap became a wrapped lettuce. It has almost no chicken. The dirty Giza is fried in oil. It came full of waste. NOT WORTH MORE PEN
