★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assino 15 mega, pago religiosamente em dia e quanto tenho internet não chega a 2 mega, não existe serviços de atendimento ao cliente os telefones disponíveis nunca funcionam. Em Campos não funciona, relato de todo o meu condomínio que está com a mesma reclamação o mesmo ocorre no condomínio vizinho.
 I subscribe to 15 mega, paid religiously on time and when I have internet it doesn't reach 2 mega, there is no customer service available phones never work. In Campos it doesn't work, I report my entire condo that has the same complaint, the same occurs in the neighboring condo.

Além do mesmo "funcionar" somente até as 22h (como se utilizássemos internet somente até as 22h), não se consegue falar com o suporte nos 3 telefones fornecidos seja qual for o horário. Está sempre ocupado ou desligado. PÉSSIMO SUPORTE TÉCNICO.
Support service simply doesn't exist. In addition to the "working" only until 10 pm (as if we used the internet only until 10 pm), it is not possible to talk to the support on the 3 phones provided at any time. It is always busy or disconnected. TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou satisfeito com o serviço prestado sou cliente já estou no segundo ano não tenho esses problemas quando cai eles vem numa boa quando atraso eles não me bloqueiam a não ser que ultrapassa os dias de espera que são de até 5 dias ultil dependendo do seu dia de vencimento fica até mas já atrasei um mes e eles foram bem tolerante em meu caso cada caso e um caso diferentes de outros mas super recomendo
I'm satisfied with the service I'm a client, I'm already in the second year I don't have these problems when I fall they come in good when I'm late they don't block me unless I go beyond the waiting days which are up to 5 working days depending on your day expiration date is up but I've already been a month late and they were very tolerant in my case each case and one case different from others but I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de uns tempos pra cá, está horroroso, com lentidão, queda, e o pior é a ausência de atendimento quando esses problemas acontecem, os telefones só chamam ou ficam ocupados.
São Francisco precisa de uma internet satisfatória, pois essa e outras, prestam um serviço em total desacordo com o contratado.
Service for a while now, it's horrible, slow, falling, and the worst is the lack of service when these problems happen, the phones just call or get busy.
San Francisco needs a satisfactory internet, because this and others, provide a service in total disagreement with the contractor.

Coloquei a internet a menos de 1 mês, e estou satisfeito.
Confesso que ao ler os comentários fiquei apreensivo.
Minha internet é via rádio, e até agora está entregando corretamente.
No meu caso, é apenas um note e um smartphone; não sei como ficará quando minha família vier e ficar todos os 4 conectados.
No meu caso, faço Assessoria Administrativa em Home Office e desenvolvo Websites, assistência remota e aula de Excel remotamente.
Por enquanto está bom.
