★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma loja relativamente pequena mas com muitas opções. O preço considerei normal e no dia em que fui só havia uma caixa é um vendedor. Não havia clientes na loja e não encontrei o que buscava.

O descaso com que a empresa tratou meu pedido de informação (fundamental para fechar a venda) sinaliza que é melhor eu buscar outro fornecedor, para evitar aborrecimentos piores no futuro. Se tratam assim antes, fico imaginando como deve ser depois. Fiz contato cedo, não responderam objetivamente e depois me deixaram falando sozinho. Lamentável!

Lamentavelmente vcs me escreveram e ainda não tiraram a minha dúvida. Afinal, qual é a cor do fundo do quadro? Oferecem opções? Não se trata de erro dos sites parceiros! O site da própria empresa não oferece essa informação. Será que estou pedindo mto? TODAS AS FOTOS, EM TODOS OS SITES, sao em Preto e Branco e não há uma linha sequer informando a cor do Fundo!

Estou tentando comprar um quadro de avisos com porta de vidro de correr, tamanho 80x60. Lamentavelmente nenhum site parceiro (Shoptime, Americanas e nem Submarino) informa detalhes sobre o produto, cuja foto é sempre em Preto e Branco. Tb liguei para os sites, perdi tempo, e ninguém sabe informar de que é feito o fundo desse quadro e qual a cor. Impressionante como não informam algo tão importante!

The neglect with which the company handled my request for information (fundamental to closing the sale) signals that I better look for another supplier, to avoid worse annoyances in the future. If you treat yourself like this before, I wonder how it should be afterwards. I made contact early, they didn't respond objectively and then they left me talking to myself. Unfortunate!

Unfortunately you guys wrote to me and still haven't cleared my doubts. After all, what is the background color of the painting? Do they offer options? This is not an error of the partner sites! The company's own website does not offer this information. Am I asking too much? ALL PHOTOS, ON ALL SITES, are in Black and White and there is not a single line informing the background color!

I'm trying to buy a bulletin board with a sliding glass door, size 80x60. Unfortunately, no partner sites (Shoptime, Americanas or Submarino) provide details about the product, whose photo is always in Black and White. I also called the sites, wasted time, and no one knows how to tell what the background of this painting is made of and what color it is. Impressive how they do not report something so important!

Good place to shop but opening hours on Sundays do not close at 4pm.

Hoje, dia 12/01, fui comprar um assento sanitário por volta das 10:45 e o mesmo teve que ser trocado pois não era compatível com o vaso sanitário. Na hora de efetuar a troca, quando a moça que estava no caixa ficou sabendo que era uma troca, reagiu com desdém, desprezo e ainda pude ouvir ela falar baixo palavras de baixo calão.
Lamentável.... Não irei comprar mais nada nessa loja.

Today, 12/01, I went to buy a toilet seat at around 10:45 and it had to be changed because it was not compatible with the toilet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem mora na região o local atende a necessidades, mais se quiser andar um pouco a mais, tem mais dois grandes Home Center. Com certeza a economia vai ser melhor. Pois Home Center Ligação cobra um pouco mais caro por não ter um concorrente na região.
For those who live in the region, the place meets the needs, but if you want to walk a little further, there are two more large Home Centers. The economy will definitely be better. Because Home Center Ligação charges a little more for not having a competitor in the region.
