Self-service with fresh, light and well-prepared food. The place is clean, tidy, following sanitary safety standards. Plus they have great desserts. And easy parking.

Delicious lunch with good salads, a hearty grill and the cheese pie with jam, which everyone loves. There's dessert and espresso too, as if that wasn't enough.

Trata-se de self service, onde o valor do quilo é R$ 74,90. Não é barato, mas oferece qualidade. Também não é light, como poderia se supor. Lombo agridoce, peixe com molho, picadinho de carne, no meu prato do dia 16. Sobrecoxa desossada direto da grelha no dia 17. O excelente filé ao molho madeira, bem como moqueca de tilápia e suíno ao molho de ameixa, no dia 18. Sempre com acompanhamentos. Nada bebi. Valores pagos: R$ 47,04 (0,628g), R$ 45,24 (0,604g) e R$ 45,99 (0,614g), respectivamente, em 16, 17 e 18/3/2022.
On other occasions when I was in São Luís, I visited Light Meals at Marcus Center. Return this time for three days in a row, starting on 3/16/2022. It is self service, where the value of the kilo is R$ 74.90. It's not cheap, but it offers quality. It is also not light, as one might suppose. Sweet and sour loin, fish with sauce, minced meat, in my dish on the 16th. Boneless drumstick straight from the grill on the 17th. The excellent fillet in wood sauce, as well as tilapia and pork moqueca with plum sauce, on the 18th. Always with side dishes. I didn't drink anything. Amounts paid: BRL 47.04 (0.628g), BRL 45.24 (0.604g) and BRL 45.99 (0.614g), respectively, on 3/16, 17 and 3/18/2022.

O valor do Kg é um pouco alto para a quantidade de opções que oferecem, média de 75,00/kg em 2022. Porém, ainda é um dos bons locais para comida saudável em São Luís....
I didn't have a good experience the last time I went because there were no napkins on the tables and when ordering it took a long time to be brought. The value per kg is a little high for the amount of options they offer, average of 75.00/kg in 2022. However, it is still one of the good places for healthy food in São Luís....
