Estive nesse local para alugar um compactar, simplesmente o Dono queria que eu R$5000,00 adiantado no meu cartão de crédito, e que depois da locação fazeria o estorno do meu cartão de crédito.
Simplesmente um absurdo!!!
Fui na concorrência e loguei sem muitos problemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia, fiquei mais de dois meses aguardando resposta sobre meu cadastro (desde fevereiro/20), liguei, perguntei, a única resposta que obtinha era, "Ah mas é que demora um pouco mesmo, tá nas mãos do dono".
Em plena quarentena com todo o comércio em crise, deve que eles não estão precisando de clientes nem de dinheiro.
Recomendo locar em BH mesmo, não sou concorrente, nem tenho relação alguma porém vou citar a empresa Ótima Locadora, no Pe. Eustáquio, me atenderam prontamente, cadastro feito em 5 minutos, sem calção, já saí de lá com as máquinas que precisava para minha obra, já estou planejando a próxima fase da obra, utilizarei máquinas locadas novamente.
E creio que até terminar toda reforma da minha casa não terei notícias do meu cadastro na Ligório.

Fiz uma simples pergunta sobre o tempo de análise do cadastro e a moça respondeu sem nenhuma gentileza. Não faço ideia de como anda o cadastro e já consegui a ferramenta em outra locadora sem nenhuma burocracia.
I needed to rent a tool and the phone service is terrible! The person who answers looks like he doesn't feel like working or something. I asked a simple question about the time for analyzing the registration and the girl replied without any kindness. I have no idea how the registration is going and I already got the tool in another rental store without any bureaucracy.
