Caso se caracterize como cobrança obrigatória, pode ser considerada prática abusiva, portanto, proibida pelo CDC (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). Mas a Gerente que se chama Alice ou Aline sei lá usa o critério qualidade no atendimento e serviço para justificar constrangimento de cobrar a taxa. Problema é seu já que o valor de ambos citados já estão nos valores pago pelo cliente que aliás não é pouco entao não me venha com essa . Sem noção nenhuma de direito do consumidor deveria receber uma visita surpresa da fiscalização. Isso sim m segunda vez que acontece .

Pedi filé de peixe com molho de camarão, o prato era com purê de batata mas pedi com fritas e mudaram sem problemas.
Comida gostosa por um preço bacana, 39,00 o prato que pedi e veio uma saladinha que nem estava escrita no cardápio, mas a moça disse que acompanha todos os pratos de almoço.
Atendentes educados e prestativos.
Indico.
