Preço equivalente a qualidade.
The parmigiana is wonderful, when we order delivery it comes more neat, but it's worth eating there too.

Ja faz 2 horas q estou esperando.
A pizza é boa mas a demora na entrega foi demais.
Q pena perderam o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa e eu já estivemos no local anteriormente e fomos bem atendidos, porém infelizmente nesta vez o atendimento foi péssimo, deixou muito a desejar.
Desde a nossa chegada ao estabelecimento, a recepção foi ruim, nenhum interesse em atender com cordialidade. A comida estava ótima, mas o serviço de mesa, péssimo. Deixaram nosso prato exposto, sem nenhuma tampa para evitar que ficasse frio, uma vez que não era possível servir tudo de uma só vez no prato. Ainda estava comendo, já vieram perguntar se queria que fosse embrulhado, retirando da mesa. Não foi oferecido o cardápio novamente para que pudéssemos ver as opções de sobremesa, nem tampouco foi perguntado se desejávamos mais alguma coisa. Enfim, atendimento sofrível.
Com tantas boas opções disponíveis na cidade, não pretendemos retornar tão cedo.
Espero que melhorem, pois há outros relatos semelhantes de clientes que também não foram bem atendidos.
My wife and I have been to the place before and we were well attended, but unfortunately this time the service was terrible, it left a lot to be desired.
Since our arrival at the establishment, the reception was poor, no interest in being cordial. The food was great, but the table service was terrible. They left our plate exposed, without any lid to prevent it from getting cold, since it was not possible to serve everything on the plate at once. I was still eating, they already came to ask if I wanted it wrapped, taking it off the table. We weren't offered the menu again so we could see the dessert options, nor were we asked if we wanted anything else. All in all, poor service.
With so many good options available in the city, we don't plan on returning anytime soon.
I hope they improve, as there are other similar reports from customers who were also not well attended.
