★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção foi razoável, mas no dia que fui tinham dois funcionários atendendo uma mulher e eu era o segundo da fila. Desisti do que iria fazer e fui procurar outra gráfica. O preço estava razoável. Necessita de mais funcionários para receber os clientes e agilizar as impressões das artes finais. O ambiente é bom apesar de um pouco apertado. Em uma emergência, acho que não consegue resolver aqui. Melhor procurar outra um pouco mais distante mas que seja resolvido logo.
The service at the reception was reasonable, but the day I went there were two employees attending a woman and I was second in line. I gave up on what I was going to do and went to look for another printer. The price was reasonable. You need more employees to receive customers and streamline the printing of final artwork. The atmosphere is good, although a little cramped. In an emergency, I don't think you can solve it here. Better to look for a little more distant but that will be resolved soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO! Incompetência tamanha que me deixaram esperando 40 minutos por falta de atenção com o cliente. Atendente incompetentemente e zero profissional. Ficou discutindo com o cliente em vez de resolver a situação. Não recomendo e não piso mais lá.
