★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no período da manhã...a vendedora informou q não havia troca...na hora do almoço tentei negociar a troca com a loja e não se dispuseram nem a conversar...apenas recusaram e pronto... aí o cliente volta? Não!!!! Com certeza nunca mais voltarei!!
I made a purchase in the morning ... the seller said there was no exchange ... at lunch I tried to negotiate the exchange with the store and they were not even willing to talk ... they just refused and there ... customer back? Not!!!! I will definitely never return !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desapontado ao extremo com essa loja, atendimento displicente, após a colocação na cabeleireira, no carro mesmo percebemos que tinha algo estranho, cabelo quebradiço e a loja informou que iria reembolsar apenas 2 pacotes devido ao que a cabeleireira informou, sem se preocupar em saber da ocasião do trabalho, uma formatura, que passamos o desprazer de ter um serviço de péssima qualidade. Não recomendo a ninguém, pois o produto é a "venda feita" e não o relacionamento com o cliente, muito menos o material de péssima qualidade!
Extremely disappointed with this store, careless service, after being placed at the hairdresser, in the car we even noticed that there was something strange, brittle hair and the store said it would refund only 2 packages due to what the hairdresser informed, without bothering to know about the occasion of work, a graduation, that we passed the displeasure of having a poor quality service. I don't recommend it to anyone, because the product is the "sale made" and not the relationship with the customer, let alone the poor quality material!
