Gym has the essentials for your workout. It does not count much on the quality of the equipment, bicycle and narrow roads. However, you can complete a quality training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra gosta de malhar, de exercitar mesmo, o lugar é muito bom. Sai de uma outra com muito mais estrura e onde eu pagava o mesmo que agora porém o pessoal só vai pra conversar, se exibir e atrapalhar quem quer treinar de verdade.
To like working out, exercising it, the place is very good. It comes from another one with much stricter and where I paid the same as now but the people just go to talk, show off and disturb who really wants to train.

Close to home, brand new equipment, fair price, it is not crowded, you can do the exercises at your own pace without having to share, professional people, there is a bathroom to bathe, everything is clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é razoável, o que me deixou mais insatisfeitos foram os aparelhos. A falta de identificação e organização dos pesos, não custa nada colar uma etiqueta para facilitar na organização. Um pouco apertado o espaço destinado a exercícios como abdominal. Espero que melhorem.
The gym is reasonable, what left me most dissatisfied were the devices. The lack of identification and organization of the weights, it costs nothing to stick a label to facilitate the organization. Slightly tight the space for exercises such as abdominal. I hope they get better.
