Acertei 2 vezes num mesmo dia para encontrar os técnicos pra instalar e eles não foram nós horários combinados. Por fim, só conseguimos instalar a Internet depois de muita insistência da nossa parte!
The company tries to serve well, but still needs to evolve in the way of meeting the demands. I got it right twice in the same day to find the technicians to install and they didn't come to us at the agreed times. Finally, we were only able to install the Internet after much insistence on our part!
