Só por uma pergunta que eu fiz sobre o convênio, disse que iria entrar em contato pelo whatzap e não entrou, eu retornei e quando falei que tinha entrado em contato sobre o convênio ela desligou na minha cara e não atende mais... Péssimo atendimento ao cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração com os pacientes. Há um tempo atrás tentei marcar consulta e não estava funcionando (pandemia). Hoje tentei marcar e me perguntaram de quem era a indicação(eu já havia levado minha filha uma vez). E depois simplesmente me bloquearam e nenhuma resposta mais. Achei de uma indelicadeza. Eu já havia até indicado para amigos. E agora precisei, cadê?!Poxa dra. poderia ter mais respeito com os seus pacientes. Se o problema for o convênio, mais fácil dizer que não atende mais, só particular. E não agir assim.
