O consultório é super organizado, com boa localização e todas as informações referentes a consultas são informadas anteriormente pela secretária. Ela sempre busca adaptar as dietas com alimentos que gostamos e com nossa rotina. Faço acompanhamento com ela há 04 meses e já perdi 13 kg de gordura. Mais do que fornecer uma boa dieta, ela também nos incentiva a manter o foco nos exercícios físicos, além de trabalhar para a mudança de mentalidade para busca de uma vida mais saudável. Numa escala de 0 a 10, nota 11. Recomendo muito ??
In addition to being an excellent professional, Lilian is very friendly and makes the consultation (which should be a tense moment) very pleasant. The office is super organized, with a good location and all information regarding consultations are previously informed by the secretary. She always tries to adapt our diets with foods we like and our routine. I've been following her for 04 months and I've already lost 13 kg of fat. More than providing a good diet, it also encourages us to focus on physical exercise, in addition to working to change our mindset towards a healthier life. On a scale from 0 to 10, grade 11. Highly recommend ??

Na consulta, Lilian deixa a gente super à vontade, explica tudo, tira todas as dúvidas. A dieta que ela passa é algo super executável, individualizada à rotina de cada um, com várias opções, sem falar, que depois da consulta, durante 2 meses, você pode mandar email pra ela pra tirar dúvidas e pedir, inclusive, alguma modificação no cardápio, o que facilita, não deixando que a gente enjoe. Só tenho a agradecer a essa nutricionista incrível que cuida da minha saúde e da minha família, muita gratidão!
