★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Fiz uma compra de um produto, entregaram errado. Depois retornei lá mais duas vezes, porque não era o produto que comprei, e o vendedor queria que eu pagasse a diferença porque o produto que havia comprado, aumentou o valor ( mesmo eu já tendo pago o mesmo). O gerente nem quis me atender, nem deveria estar ali. A empresa precisa de uma reciclagem dos funcionários. Principalmente para atendimento ao público. Graças a Deus, depois de quase 3 horas de tanta enrolação e espera, me devolverão o dinheiro.
Horrible. I made a purchase of a product, they delivered wrong. Then I went back there twice more, because it wasn't the product I bought, and the seller wanted me to pay the difference because the product I had bought increased the value (even though I had already paid the same). The manager didn't even want to answer me, nor should he be there. The company needs retraining of employees. Mainly for customer service. Thank God, after almost 3 hours of waiting so long, they will refund me my money.
