★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não recomendo. Em janeiro de 2018 fiquei 5 horas aguardando ajustes de roupas que deveriam estar prontas. E não me deixavam sair dizendo que em meia hora me entregavam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu colei grau através da empresa Limão Doce, primeiro o meu convite veio com grave erro de português, mas acabei deixando pra lá e eu mesma procurei um jeito de esconder o erro do mesmo. E há quatro meses decidi alugar um vestido que havia visto no instagram da empresa, me encantei pelo mesmo, então decidi alugá-lo. Há um mês fui provar o vestido pela segunda vez, já após ter fechado contrato e pago uma parte, o mesmo encontrava-se com um rasgo na saia, perguntei para a costureira de plantão se teria como consertar e ela me afirmou, com certeza, que sim, eu confiei, já que a loja é uma das mais renomeadas da cidade. E me pediram para ir buscar meu vestido no dia da minha colação, que seria no dia 27 de julho, cheguei às nove no local, caso houvesse algum ajuste daria tempo fazer, então recebi a notícia que o vestido não se encontrava pronto, me pediram para aguardar até às onze horas. Aguardei numa boa. Então ficou pronto. Ansiosa fui prová-lo. Quando vesti e me olhei no espelho, o vestido estava totalmente deformado, a costura da saia remendada, com a costura para fora, o bordado na cintura estava torto, o vestido estava precário. E eu chorei, claro, já eram mais de onze e minha maquiagem deveria ser feita 12:45, e eu não estava nem com o cabelo pronto. E eu pedi de volta meu dinheiro, que já havia pago o valor integral do vestido. E eles se negaram a entregar o dinheiro no momento que solicitei, e ainda fui destratada por um dos filhos do senhor Arnóbio, que colocou o dedo na minha cara. E depois de muita discussão, um senhor, também filho do senhor Arnóbio, decidiu me dar meu dinheiro. E uma hora da tarde, doente, morrendo de dor e chorando de raiva e tristeza, fui eu procurar um novo vestido na rua para poder estar pronta às quatro horas. Foi tudo uma correria. Então se você tem sonho, seja de se formar, ou casar, a Limão Doce não é um ambiente que você pode confiar coisas desse tipo! E além de tudo, quando a minha irmã foi devolver uma Estola que havia alugado lá também, eles haviam rasgado e desfeito de qualquer documento envolvendo o meu nome!

And I was asked to pick up my dress on the day of my collection, which would be on July 27th, I arrived at nine at the location, if there was any adjustment it would be time to do it, so I received the news that the dress was not ready, they asked me to wait until eleven o'clock. I waited in a good way. Then it was ready. Anxious I went to taste it. When I got dressed and looked in the mirror, the dress was totally deformed, the stitching of the skirt was patched, the stitching was out, the embroidery on the waist was crooked, the dress was precarious. And I cried, of course, it was over eleven and my makeup was supposed to be done 12:45, and I didn't even have my hair done. And I asked for my money back, which had already paid the full price of the dress. And they refused to hand over the money when I asked, and I was even disliked by one of Mr. Arnóbio's sons, who put his finger in my face. And after much discussion, a gentleman, also son of Mr. Arnóbio, decided to give me my money. And one o'clock in the afternoon, sick, dying of pain and crying with anger and sadness, I went to look for a new dress on the street so I could be ready at four o'clock. It was all a rush. So if you have a dream, whether to graduate or get married, Lemon Sweet is not an environment where you can trust things like that! And besides, when my sister went to return a stole that I had rented there too, they had ripped and scrapped any documents involving my name!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Aluguei um "smoking" para apadrinhar um casório. Previamente informei se eles organizariam para o mesmo dia, disseram que sim. Porém fui surpreendido com um serviço de péssima qualidade e infelizmente não tenho mais tempo hábil para alugar em outro lugar. Inicialmente, fui "atendido" de forma rápida e ineficiente. Fizeram a "prova" e ficaram de fazer alguns ajustes necessários. Quando voltei ao estabelecimento para experimentar, depois de uma longa espera (num ambiente extremamente quente e desorganizado) fui surpreendido por um traje com quase todas as peças trocadas (não foram as peças que eu experimentei). Depois de mais uma longa espera e solicitação para falar com a gerência do estabelecimento, que por sinal disseram que não estava e não havua nenhum responsável. Após tal solicitação, fui atendido de forma rude, rápida e sem critério por uma funcionária que "armengou" o traje de forma tempestiva. Sai da loja completamente insatisfeito e como não havia responsável, deixei uma carta para atestar minha insatisfação e indignação. Esse é o nosso país! Serviço de baixa qualidade e valor consideravemente alto. Um momento que seria de festa e de prazer, comprei insatisfação. Não recomendo.
Terrible service. I rented a "tuxedo" to sponsor a wedding. I previously informed them if they would organize for the same day, they said yes. But I was surprised with a poor quality service and unfortunately I don't have time to rent elsewhere. Initially, I was "served" quickly and inefficiently. They did the "test" and were left to make some necessary adjustments. When I returned to the establishment to try on, after a long wait (in an extremely hot and disorganized environment) I was surprised by a costume with almost all the pieces changed (they weren't the pieces I tried on). After another long wait and request to speak with the establishment's management, who by the way said he wasn't there and there was no one responsible. After such a request, I was answered rudely, quickly and without criteria by an employee who "armed" the costume in a timely manner. I left the store completely dissatisfied and as there was no responsible, I left a letter to attest to my dissatisfaction and indignation. This is our country! Low quality service and considerably high value. A moment that would be of celebration and pleasure, I bought dissatisfaction. I do not recommend.
