 Very good place, wonderful food, top reception, the kitchen chef passes by the table asking what we think of the food I thought it was fantastic, dessert and refills of soda and tea included in the rodizio! Beautiful decoration I was fascinated. I highly recommend it!

Ontem no domingo dia 13/03/2022 fui ao restaurante com meu namorado e ele quase engoliu um arame como aqueles de saco de pão. Estava no meio da porção de shimeji de vocês, um arame.
Foi feita a reclamação assim que visto e recebemos um simples pedido de desculpas.
Fora a grande quantidade de moscas rodeando a mesa, estava nojento. Ficamos ali mais um pouco e tentamos comer algo já que vimos que teríamos que pagar, mas claramente perdemos o apetite e fomos embora. Ainda foi colocada em nossa comanda um valor de 18 reais de taxa de serviço que claramente optamos por não pagar. Fomos embora e pagamos quase R$200,00 reais no pior almoço que já tivemos.
Crítica construtiva: em um caso desses seus funcionários deveriam ser instruídos para no MÍNIMO dar um desconto no valor pago ou seja lá o que for. No nosso caso vendo o descaso feito eu só ficaria contente com um reembolso. Mas em fim, fica aí pontuado para uma possível melhoria no seu restaurante.

Yesterday on Sunday 03/13/2022 I went to the restaurant with my boyfriend and he almost swallowed a wire like those in a bread bag. It was in the middle of your shimeji portion, a wire.
The complaint was made as soon as seen and we received a simple apology.
Aside from the large amount of flies circling the table, it was disgusting. We stayed there a little longer and tried to get something to eat as we saw that we would have to pay, but we clearly lost our appetite and left. A service fee of 18 reais was also placed in our command, which we clearly chose not to pay. We left and paid almost R$200.00 for the worst lunch we've ever had.
Constructive Criticism: In such a case, your employees should be instructed to, at a MINIMUM, give a discount on the amount paid or whatever. In our case, seeing the neglect done, I would only be happy with a refund. But in the end, it is scored for a possible improvement in your restaurant.

Até a presente data (30/01/2022) não haviam adicionado a informação de "Foto meramente ilustrativa". Sobre os produtos são razoáveis, mas caros pelo tamanho. Se as fotos correspondessem ao produto real, não teria pedido nunca. Foto do Ifood e ao lado foto do que foi entregue.
Misleading advertising for the photos on Ifood. The photos do not correspond to the product delivered, which misleads the consumer. Until the present date (30/01/2022) they had not added the information of "Picture for illustrative purposes only". About the products are reasonable, but expensive for the size. If the photos matched the actual product, I would never have ordered. Photo of Ifood and next to what was delivered.
