A higienização é feita obedecendo a duas etapas: limpeza e sanitização. Na etapa de limpeza é feita a remoção dos resíduos orgânicos e minerais presentes nas superfícies, e na sanificação é feita a redução da carga microbiana em níveis satisfatórios, havendo eliminação dos micro-organismos patogênicos. O procedimento geral de higienização é feito em quatro etapas. A primeira é a pré-lavagem na qual é realizada a remoção de 90% de sujidades com a temperatura em torno de 40°C. A etapa seguinte é a lavagem, que é feita com o uso de detergentes, e que têm como finalidade retirar as sujidades aderidas nas superfícies a serem limpas.

Bom tive q limpar de novo com outra empresa onde eles retiraram quadro água de sujeira do sofá. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Higienização automotiva foi horrível, deixei o carro 14h que foi o horário agendado, fui retirar 17h e não estava terminado, marcam muitos carros para o mesmo dia e não dão conta, com isso o serviço fica mal feito, a gente precisa ficar pedindo para corrigir os pontos que deveria ser feito. E ainda assim meu carro saiu com vários detalhes para fazer pq eu não tinha tempo para ficar apontando, o carro ficou quase 4h lá e não fizeram direito, Dei duas estrelas pq o carro saiu melhor do que entrou, mas deveria ter saído melhor já que o preço é alto.
Automotive sanitation was horrible, I left the car at 2:00 pm, which was the scheduled time, I went to pick it up at 5:00 pm and it wasn't finished, they schedule too many cars for the same day and they can't handle it, with this the service is poorly done, we need to keep asking to fix the points that should be done. And yet my car came out with lots of details to do because I didn't have time to point, the car was there for almost 4 hours and they didn't do it right, I gave it two stars because the car turned out better than it did, but it should have turned out better since the price is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei para limpeza do meu sofá. De fato ficou limpo, em compensação fizeram uma lambança no meu apto, espirrou água suja nas paredes e nos meus móveis brancos. Detalhe: largaram lá pra eu limpar!! A desculpa é que meu apto é pequeno... lamentável! Não recomendo
I hired to clean my sofa. In fact it was clean, in return they made a mess on my apartment, splashed dirty water on the walls and on my white furniture. Detail: they left there for me to clean !! The excuse is that my fit is small ... unfortunate! I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpam mas NÃO cuidam das coisas do cliente. No meu caso, limparam meu colchão, aliás só em cima porque as laterais do colchão NÃO fizeram absolutamente NADA. Enfim, limpam o colchão arremessando um produto químico na parede e cabeceira da cama. Ficou pra mim o trabalho de limpar o serviço da equipe. Poderia dizer várias faltas aqui... Falta disso, falta daquilo... Mas é melhor ficar calado. NÃO conhecia e NÃO indico. NÃO vale o valor pago !!!
They clean but do NOT take care of the client's things. In my case, they cleaned my mattress, in fact only on top because the sides of the mattress did NOTHING at all. Finally, they clean the mattress by throwing a chemical product on the wall and headboard. It was up to me to clean up the team service. I could say several faults here ... Lack of this, lack of that ... But it is better to remain silent. DID NOT know and DO NOT indicate. NOT worth the amount paid !!!

Meu carro é uma Spacefox de 12 anos de uso! Banco cinza claro que nunca tinha sido lavado, e estava muito ruim mesmo, ele conseguiu limpar maravilhosamente bem!
