A coordenadora veio até minha residência, ficou acertado que duas funcionárias viriam na segunda dia 7/1/19 começando 8 horas, como não chegavam, liguei na empresa e me informaram q estava agendada para outro dia. Total bagunça e falta de respeito. Não indico.
Terrible experience with the company. The coordinator came to my residence, it was agreed that two employees would come on the second day 7/1/19 starting at 8 am, as they did not arrive, I called the company and they informed me that it was scheduled for another day. Total mess and lack of respect. I don't indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Já havia utilizado o serviço deles antes, e sabia que não era lá aquelas coisas, mas ontem se superaram... A colaboradora que fora enviada deixou várias coisas mal feitas, serviço pela metade, e muitas coisas ficaram sem limpeza... não vale a pena, só irá se aborrecer e se desgastar com uma empresa que precisa de muito pra chegar num serviço à altura do que é cobrado.
I do not recommend. I had used their service before, and I knew it wasn’t those things, but yesterday they overcame themselves… The employee who was sent left several things badly done, half done, and many things were left uncleaned… not worth it worth it, you will only get bored and wear yourself out with a company that needs a lot to arrive at a service equal to what is charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentávelmente não tive uma boa experiencia com essa empresa, contrarei 3 diaristas para limpar um apto de 110m2, e não limparam sequer o chão do apartamento, e o pó dos moveis da sala. Uma das funcionarias precisava de que a outra a ensinasse para limpar vidros, box pois era despreprarada, o outro ficava o dia todo pendurado no celular, só uma das faxineiras fez um serviço impecável na cozinha. Sai para ir a casa de material de construção e foram todos embora porque deu o horario, mesmo sem terminar o serviço. Mesmo falando com o dono e a supervisora, paguei os R$ 570 combinados pois cumpri minha parte, mas tive que terminar a limpeza, e ter minha porta aberta pois esqueceram de fechar. Um descaso e falta de responsabilidade. Não recomendo a ninguem!

He left to go home for building material and they all left because he gave the time, even without finishing the job. Even talking to the owner and the supervisor, I paid the combined $ 570 because I did my part, but had to finish the cleaning, and have my door open because they forgot to close. A neglect and lack of responsibility. I do not recommend it to anyone!

I hadn't read these reviews and I called for a quote and it was simply arranged and they didn't even show up to give a quote. Waste of time. I do not recommend.
