★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter ido pessoalmente na referida imobiliária, e não encontrado a Sra. Lima, ficaram de me ligar e nao o fizeram. Mesmo assim mantive contato telefônico, novamente, com novas promessas, que não foram cumpridas. lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava MUITO interessado num imóvel para alugar e liguei (de manhã) na imobiliária para marcar uma visita. A atendente disse que não havia nenhum corretor no momento, pegou meus dados e falou que uma corretora entraria em contato no mesmo dia. Não me ligaram. Liguei novamente no dia seguinte, a mesma atendente confirmou que já havia passado meus dados para a corretora e que esta entraria em contato comigo hoje (04.12.19) sem falta. Ela ainda confirmou meu nome e telefone. Não ligou até hoje (07.12.19). Portanto, não esperem muito profissionalismo por aqui.
I was VERY interested in a property to rent and I called (in the morning) the real estate to make an appointment. The clerk said there was no broker at the moment, took my details and said a broker would be in contact the same day. They didn't call me. I called again the next day, the same attendant confirmed that I had already passed my data to the broker and that she would contact me today (04.12.19) without fail. She even confirmed my name and phone number. You haven't called until today (07.12.19). So don't expect too much professionalism here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa imobiliária e péssima aluguei minha casa com a responsabilidade dela e o inquelino fez o que quis ela não fez nada só pegou meu dinheiro primeiro mês e 10 % mensal do valor do aluguel e não fez nada para mim que sou proprietário o inquelino ficou devendo 6 meses de aluguel 6 meses de água e Luz. É ainda me descontou r$ 1.000.00 para pagar advogado coisa que era obrigação da imobiliária. Minha casa ficou um lixo cheia de lixo mato e pintura sem fazer .O prejuízo que tive da um total de mais ou menos r$ 10.000.00 reais pois só o aluguel era r$ 1.8000 ao mês. Não indico ela pra nada a dona não vale nada pois não cumpriu com seu papel para que foi contratada. Levei na justiça e foi capaz de dizer que não prestava serviços para mim pois tenho o contrato em mãos. Não indico pra ninguém. Procure outra não deixe seu imóvel lá nem pra venda e muito menos pra locação.
