★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As três casas são simples, mas muito funcionais: ar condicionado e ventilador funcionando em todos os quartos, cozinha completa em cada uma, uma piscina com manutenção diária que alegra o fim de tarde das crianças, uma área verde bem cuidada, bom estacionamento, tudo com bastante segurança, bem perto do centro de Arraial e a dois quilômetros das praias.
The three houses are simple, but very functional: air conditioning and fan working in all rooms, full kitchen in each one, a swimming pool with daily maintenance that brightens up the children's evening, a well-kept green area, good parking, everything very safe, very close to the center of Arraial and two kilometers from the beaches.
