Se tivesse sido avisada de que atrasaria teria mais de 20 minutos entendido perfeitamente e ficado esperando em algum lugar, porém a falta de respeito com o paciente eu não concordo.
Colocar 4 pessoas desrespeitando distanciamento... eu não concordo. Cheguei no horårio de meu agendamento e além da pessoa sendo atendida tinham mais dois para ir na minha frente.
Por favor, apague as minhas informaçÔes, como CPF e telefone.
Em Ă©poca de pandemia, nĂŁo se pode aglomerar.

I found the experience with the clinic very bad.
If I had been warned that I would be late, I would have understood it more than 20 minutes perfectly and had been waiting somewhere, but the lack of respect for the patient I do not agree with.
Put 4 people disrespecting distance ... I do not agree. I arrived at the time of my appointment and in addition to the person being attended to, they had two more to go in front of me.
