A resposta da operadora telefónica foi sempre a mesma. "o número chamado está ocupado, tente novamente mais tarde. Obrigada." Esse comportamento, denota uma total falta de respeito pelos clientes.
The phone number is always busy. For 37 minutes I tried to complete a phone call in order to ask if I had a particular product.
The answer from the telephone operator was always the same. "the called number is busy, please try again later. Thank you." This behavior denotes a total lack of respect for customers.
