★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em sitio aqui crato ja na divisa pra Juazeiro q é no são José e tem mais de 3 anos q usamos a link e a net e ótima as vezes tem uma latência mas é raro a ficar assim. Internet boa qualidade mas fico triste q eles nao vao mais prestar serviço aqui na região de crato e vou ter que ir pra outro provedor de net. Foi uma parceria agradável pra mim com os funcionários deles agradeço pela seus trabalho dessa empresa q acredito ainda q vai crescer bastante pelo brasil.
I live in a place here crato already on the border to Juazeiro q is in São José and has more than 3 years q we use the link and the net and great sometimes it has a latency but it is rare to stay like this. Good quality internet but I am sad that they will no longer provide service here in the region of Crato and I will have to go to another net provider. It was a pleasant partnership for me with their employees. I thank you for your work in this company, which I believe will grow a lot throughout Brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei há 3 meses e estou há 3 meses abrindo reclamação, só nesse mês de dezembro fiquei com prejuízo 2 vezes ao iniciar meu trabalho as 7:00 e não ter conexão e a mensagem automática no atendimento pelo WhatsApp é sempre a mesma: sua região está em com instabilidade, que a equipe já está fazendo manutenção e que voltará lá pro final da tarde, ou seja, dia perdido de trabalho, tenho todo direito de quebrar contrato sem pagar multa nenhuma!
I hired 3 months ago and I have been filing a complaint for 3 months, this December alone I lost twice when starting my work at 7:00 and not having a connection and the automatic message in the WhatsApp service is always the same: your region is in cases of instability, as the team is already doing maintenance and will be back later in the afternoon, that is, a lost day at work, I have every right to break the contract without paying any fines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horrível, quase toda semana fico sem sinal, sempre no final de semana e chego a ficar 3 dias sem internet, imploro por respsotas no Whats de vocês mas não obtenho nenhuma, se ligo direito recebo várias informações diferentes, nunca resolvem meu problema de 1°, muita enrolação! Meu conselho é: Não contratem os serviços dessa empresa pois o compromisso com cliente é Zero!
Horrible service, almost every week I have no signal, always on the weekend and I get 3 days without internet, I beg for answers on whats from you but I don't get any, if I call right I get a lot of different information, they never solve my problem of 1 °, a lot of winding! My advice is: Do not hire the services of this company because the customer commitment is Zero!
