★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mão de obra do local é muito qualificada e diante de problemas eles se viram MESMO pra resolver. Pessoal bem solícito e não te deixam na mão quando acontecem problemas. Mas... pelos preços cobrados a loja poderia ser melhor planejada, com uma espera melhor estruturada, uma vitrine mais recheada além de mais opções em acessórios e equipamentos. Falta á LionSound um pouco do espírito da Bakasom, na mesma rua. Não são concorrentes pois trabalham diferente e são diferentes na essência, mas se complementam. Ideal que fossem a mesma empresa, com a mão de obra de uma e variedade da outra.
The local workforce is very qualified and in the face of problems they have to do the same to solve. Very helpful staff and do not let you down when problems happen. But ... at the prices charged, the store could be better planned, with a better structured wait, a more filled showcase and more options in accessories and equipment. LionSound lacks a bit of the Bakasom spirit on the same street. They are not competitors because they work differently and are essentially different, but they complement each other. Ideally they would be the same company, with labor from one and variety from the other.

Levei minha BMW 320i em um outro local próximo da LionSound para arrumar a câmera de ré que não estava mais aparecendo e resumindo: me cobraram R$ 2500 para trocar o módulo que seria necessário. Tirei de lá e levei na LionSound por recomendação de um amigo... resumindo: era só refazer a configuração do módulo e voltou a funcionar. Aproveitei e troquei a câmera traseira por uma de qualidade melhor com eles mesmo. Gastei R$ 500 arrumando meu problema e trocando a câmera ainda por cima. Sem palavras pela honestidade e atendimento do Pedro. Parabéns para a equipe !!
I rarely rate places, but they deserve it. I took my BMW 320i to another location near LionSound to fix the reverse camera that was no longer showing up and summarizing: I was charged R $ 2500 to change the module that would be necessary. I took it out and took it to LionSound at the recommendation of a friend ... in short: it was just a matter of redoing the module configuration and it went back to work. I took advantage and exchanged the rear camera for a better quality with them. I spent R $ 500 fixing my problem and changing the camera. Speechless for Pedro's honesty and service. Congratulations to the team !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despretenciosamente eu encontrei a loja no Google Maps depois de procurar por uma empresa que trocasse o som original de um Honda Fit 2014 para um sistema da Pioneer com Apple Carplay.
Fui excelentemente bem atendido pelo Maezer e o Cesar, pessoas sinceras e bons profissionais, dando um preço justo pelo serviço.
Ambos sabiamque eu ia trazer o som de fora, não porque eu não confio na loja, mas expliquei que, com o COVID o preço de um carro novo estava impraticável então fazia sentido fazer o upgrade no Honda Fit para evitar ficar com o celular exposto em um suporte na ventoinha do carro. Os consultei pelos modelos de som compatível com meu veículo e comprei online com cashback, vez que comprando na loja eu não conseguiria um preço tão competitivo, e mesmo nesse contexto fui bem recebido pelo atendente e pela equipe, pois no meu lugar estariam fazendo o mesmo.
Esta atitude minha não mudou o meu orçamento ou o meu atendimento perante a loja.
Perguntei o que era para ser feito e quanto eu pagaria neste processo, e o preço foi justo pois somente envolveu mão de obra e alguns adaptadores.
Só de olhar brevemente o serviço deles, dá pra entender o por quê da garagem estar sempre cheia de veículos, de todos os tipos e níveis possíveis. Garagem cheia e muita gente trabalhando é sinal de qualidade e comprometimento.
Meu Honda Fit era o carro mais barato ali naquela garagem, mas não se acanhe: A Lion Sound atende todo mundo igual, e lida com todos na mesma qualidade e nível.
Enfatizo: Impecável o trabalho dos profissionais, e os prazos de instalação.
Sendo eu natural do Rio de Janeiro, sempre tive trauma com instaladores de som veicular, porque já lidei com inúmeros pseudo-profissionais que quando pegam algo fora do padrão ou do corriqueiro (ex: adaptar um honda fit antigo com um sistema de som novo), observa-se um festival de gambiarras e serviços mal feitos.
De resto, gostaria de parabenizar o dono deste estabelecimento pelo ambiente fantástico. O segundo andar tem um salão confortável para espera, bem como tem padarias e restaurantes próximos onde você pode esperar o final do seu serviço, com direito a testar tudo direitinho antes de sair com o carro.
Parabéns mais uma vez.
Unpretentiously I found the store on Google Maps after searching for a company that would switch the original sound from a 2014 Honda Fit to a Pioneer system with Apple Carplay.
I was excellently attended by Maezer and Cesar, sincere people and good professionals, giving a fair price for the service.
Both knew that I was going to bring the sound from outside, not because I don't trust the store, but I explained that with COVID the price of a new car was impractical so it made sense to upgrade the Honda Fit to avoid having the cell phone exposed in a bracket on the car fan. I consulted them for sound models compatible with my vehicle and bought online with cashback, since buying at the store I would not get such a competitive price, and even in this context I was well received by the attendant and the team, as they would be doing the same in my place. .
This attitude of mine did not change my budget or my service to the store.
I asked what was to be done and how much I would pay in this process, and the price was fair as it only involved labor and some adapters.
Just by looking briefly at their service, you can understand why the garage is always full of vehicles, of all possible types and levels. Full garage and lots of people working is a sign of quality and commitment.
My Honda Fit was the cheapest car there in that garage, but don't be shy: Lion Sound serves everyone the same, and handles everyone at the same quality and level.
I emphasize: Impeccable the work of professionals, and installation deadlines.
Being a native of Rio de Janeiro, I've always had trauma with vehicular sound installers, because I've dealt with countless pseudo-professionals who, when they pick something out of the standard or commonplace (ex: adapt an old honda fit with a new sound system) , there is a festival of hacks and poorly done services.
Otherwise, I would like to congratulate the owner of this establishment for the fantastic atmosphere. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto por contato telefônico quanto pessoalmente, no dia da instalação da câmera de ré em minha BMW 320i, a Lion Sound me informou que se tratava de equipamento ORIGINAL. Na instalação, não conseguiram configurar a divisão de tela, onde aparece tanto a câmera quanto a imagem do carro com os sensores. Me disseram que meu modelo de carro não aceita a configuração. Achei estranho, mas aceitei a explicação do técnico. Em contato com um amigo, que possui o mesmo modelo de carro (ano 13/14), ele me informou que foi provavelmente pelo equipamento não ser original, já que no carro dele, outra empresa realizou a instalação e esse recurso funcionou sem nenhum problema. Ao verificar a caixa do equipamento que me foi entregue, para minha surpresa - de fato, não foi colocado equipamento original e sim um equipamento paralelo da marca X-Raptor e, quanto à câmera em si, nem marca tem - nem na caixa nem no manual - apenas escreveram "BMW" de canetinha. Como se trata de um equipamento caro, fiquei profundamento chateado. Pesquisei a empresa antes - e pela reputação, jamais pensei que iriam me vender "gato por lebre". Não recomendo essa empresa! Deveriam ter sido honestos em dizer que não se tratava de um equipamento original, pois com toda certeza eu teria procurado outra empresa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não usei os serviços da empresa, contudo moro bem perto desta oficina. Aceleram carros esportivos até o limite dos motores em um prédio que, aparentemente, não possui isolamento acústico. Por estarem em área residencial, entendo que deveria haver essa preocupação. Já tive que interromper reuniões de trabalho por conta disso. Entrei em contato com a Prefeitura para verificar possíveis providências, vamos ver se resolve.
