★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendida pelas recepcionistas. Agendei horário as 17h para fazer pé e mão, reforcei ao telefone se daria para fazer os dois ao mesmo tempo e a resposta foi: sim, pode vir. Cheguei 17h05, demorei um pouco para ser atendida na recepção. As 17h15, mais ou menos, fui atendida por uma excelente profissional que fez o meu pé. Perguntei pela profissional que faria a mão, a resposta foi: não tem ninguem disponível. Por volta das 17h30, perguntei novamente e a resposta da recepcionista foi: "não há ninguém disponível". Várias profissionais terminaram o serviço e mesmo assim, não fui atendida. As 17h50, fui à recepção, reclamei e a resposta foi: "as outras pessoas eram preferência". Bem, MARCAR HORÁRIO, não é "preferência"? Sinto pelas profissionais do local, que gosto muito, mas não volto num local que trata seus clientes, diga-se de passagem, de vários anos, assim!

Several professionals finished the service and even then, I was not attended. At 5:50 pm, I went to the reception, complained and the answer was: "other people were preferred". Well, SCHEDULING, isn't it "preference"? I'm sorry for the local professionals, who I like a lot, but I'm not coming back to a place that treats its customers, by the way, for several years, like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia as unhas e depilação,mas não recomendo,as manicures não atendem bem a as unhas não ficam boas. A depilação é a pior parte,a depiladora com certeza não sabe o que está fazendo,usou uma cera que grudou toda na minha virilha e não tirava os pêlos, sendo que não tenho pêlo grosso ou em abundância,ela ficou pelo menos uma hora tentando, saí de lá toda cheia de cera,reclamei no balcão e ninguém se importou,e paguei quase 100 reais por essa palhaçada. Se quiser serviço porco e falta de respeito com vc e seu dinheiro é só ir lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, péssimo atendimento!!! O pior corte de cabelo da minha vida, pior tintura...levei foto do corte que queria...não chegou nem perto. A tintura, falei a cor expliquei ....ficou péssima... Saí com testa manchada... Cabelo com duas cores.....horrível!!!
O pior, a profissional sabia que tinha feito péssimo serviço... Tentei falar com a proprietária por WhatsApp... Nem sequer responde!! Quando liguei para agendar pedir um especialista..... Fui atendida por especialista em estragos!!! Serviço mal feito e sem respeito pelo cliente!!! Chorei de tao horrível!! O valor do corte 158, 00 e pela tintura 188,00......

E como sempre falaram bem fui conhecer.
Mais infelizmente acabei não gostando do atendimento.
Resultado final até que ficou visualmente olhando OK
Porem Ref ao corte por exemplo:
Não lavou minha cabeça para finalizar. Secou e passou pomada em uma cabelo "Sujo"
Fiquei automaticamente cheio de cabelos.
O disfarce e o corte final ficou show, até como concelho de melhoria.
Acho que deve-se sempre lavar o cabelo do cliente após o corte, até para na hora de finalizar não ficar um cabelo sujo e seboso na hora por exemplo de passar a pomada.

Foi me cobrado um valor para barba aonde,
Não teve nenhum procedimento de espuma, toalha quente, ou ate mesmo produtos pós barba.
Foi como se tivesse pego a mesma maquinha do cabelo passou na barba seca, após isso desenhou com a navalha, sem cortar meu bigode tendo pelos ultrapassando da boca.Paguei uma barba cara, para fazer o que faria em casa.
Sem falar que desde a hora que cheguei falei que iria fazer as sobrancelhas , e mesmo após termino do corte e barba não tinha profissional para me atender, e como havia chego de viagem e estava cansado, com fome não poderia aguardar supostos 40 minutos que me pediram para alguém poder me atender.

Deixei meu cabelo totalmente aos cuidados dele, para decidir o melhor, em razão de uma forte queda de cabelo que estou enfrentando. Moisés soube me orientar, sem interferir no meu tratamento, inclusive me orientando a consultar e respeitar um dermatologista. Muito bom! Voltarei sempre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento !!! A primeira vez que estive lá fui super bem atendida pelo Márcio que fez uma ótima escova. Na segunda vez o Márcio tinha saído fui atendida por outro profissional, super mal humorado, ficava reclamando que não queria mais escovar cabelos, me molhou toda e queimou várias vezes meu couro cabeludo e no final ainda a escova ficou péssima. De quebra fiz manicure, a mesma lixou minhas unhas todas tortas, tirou a cutícula picotada e ainda a esmaltação ficou mal feita. Nunca mais voltarei. Não recomendo.
