Se tivesse como não dar nenhuma estrela, eu não daria! Tanto presencialmente quanto pelo celular!
Tantas pessoas precisando trabalhar, e ainda assim tem pessoas q não valorizam, duas coisas uma, ou o gerente não está vendo isso ou o gerente consegue ser pior q os ALGUNS funcionários!
 Worst service I've ever had and it wasn't the first time !!!
If there was no way to give any stars, I wouldn't! Both in person and by cell phone!
So many people need to work, and yet there are people who do not value, two things one, or the manager is not seeing this or the manager can be worse than the SOME employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bem rápido e o preço comparado com outra gráfica que fiz orçamento, saiu pela metade do preço só isso já compensa e muito, só precisa melhorar o atendimento com o cliente parece que os funcionários pensam que estão fazendo um favor ganhando nosso dinheiro, enfim nem tudo é perfeito.
The service was very fast and the price compared to another printer that I budgeted, it came out at half the price, that alone pays off and a lot, you just need to improve customer service, it seems that the employees think they are doing a favor and earning our money, anyway, not everything is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na última quinta-feira dia 06/01/2022, eu fiz um pedido de uns adesivos pessoalmente, atendente informou que estaria pronto na segunda-feira dia 10 as 16h, voltei na segunda e não fizeram meu pedido alegando que não tinha papel, mas ficou nítido que não deram importância ao meu pedido, não me comunicaram nada sobre não estar pronto, e nem uma satisfação. Com isso, pediu para eu voltar na terça depois de meio dia, pois iriam fazer na parte da manhã da terça... Antes eu queria pegar na sexta-feira os produtos, e alegaram não dar tempo, agora vão fazer em uma manha rápida... Apesar do primeiro atendimento ter sido péssimo, com má vontade de fazer os serviços prestados, ainda tem falta de planejamento e organização. Estou muito insatisfeito com a Litoral cópias, espero que melhorem o atendimento ao cliente.
Last Thursday, 01/06/2022, I made an order for some stickers in person, the attendant said it would be ready on Monday 10th at 16:00, I came back on Monday and they didn't place my order claiming there was no paper, but it was clear that they didn't give any importance to my request, they didn't tell me anything about not being ready, and not even a satisfaction. With that, he asked me to come back on Tuesday after noon, because they were going to do it in the morning on Tuesday... Before I wanted to pick up the products on Friday, and they claimed there was no time, now they're going to do it in a quick morning ... Although the first service was terrible, with unwillingness to perform the services provided, there is still a lack of planning and organization. I am very dissatisfied with Litoral Copies, I hope they improve their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento levei mais de 30 minutos para tirar uma cópia de uma planta, enquanto isso vários funcionários batendo papo e só para informar só tinha uma pessoa na minha frente.
Bad service, it took me more than 30 minutes to take a copy of a blueprint, meanwhile several employees chatting and just to inform there was only one person in front of me.
