My experience was bad, I went twice to get the blood test of the animal ... the clinic did not call warning deadline, failed to agree.

Dr. Livia is excellent, had a unique deal with my dog. However, cashier clerk leaves something to be desired, it was not the first time I received abuse. For the vet, I feel like coming back, for the attendant, never again!

Amimais' address has changed, now it's on the street from work, next to the gas station... this is not the current photo, but the white building is where they are.

Saímos com a orientação de que entrariam em contato quando o exame estivesse pronto. Para a nossa surpresa, depois de ligar algumas vezes e de ir à loja, descobrimos que a amostra de sangue foi perdida por não estar identificada e ainda fomos informados que não teríamos reembolso do valor do exame. Confiança zero!
My kitten was seen by veterinarian Caio in December 2020. A physical exam and blood collection were done. We left with the guidance that they would contact us when the exam was ready. To our surprise, after calling a few times and going to the store, we found out that the blood sample was lost because it was not identified and we were also told that we would not have a refund of the exam fee. Zero confidence!
