O pessoal que atende o telefone, e de uma falta de profissionalismo absurdo. Sao grossos, mal educado, parece que estão fazendo favor.
Além de que, faço inumeras ligacoes por temposi interminaveis e ninguém atende o telefone.
Toda vez que pego um Táxi da Litoral, converso com os motoristas sobre o tratamento e a dificuldade em ser atendido pelo Telefone.
Totalmente despreparados.
The service is terrible.
The staff who answer the phone, and a lack of absurd professionalism. They are thick, rude, they seem to be doing them a favor.
Besides, I make countless calls for endless times and nobody answers the phone.
Every time I take a Taxi from Litoral, I talk to the drivers about the treatment and the difficulty of being answered by the telephone.
Totally unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre usei o serviço sempre elogios mais hoje no largo do caranguejo Itinga 2 mal caracter pois isso não é taxista se recusou a ligar o taxímetro e cobra taxa única eu não aceitei eles mim fez descer do taxi com minha esposa gravida e caminha mais de 4km pra chega em casa . vou denunciar processar essa cooperativa .
