★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, atendimento hostil, não querem acordo com o cliente para trocar um produto com defeito. Pior loja de móveis e decoração de Caruaru. Total despreparo para tratar com um cliente que deveria ser respeitado afinal o cliente é muito importante , não na opinião deles.
Não recomendo a ninguém. Gentileza e educação são primordiais e lá isso não existe.
Poor, unfriendly service, they don't want an agreement with the customer to exchange a defective product. Worst furniture and decoration store in Caruaru. Total unpreparedness to deal with a client that should be respected after all the client is very important, not in their opinion.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Kindness and education are paramount and there is no such thing.
