★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26 de março de 2018, firmei contrato com esta academia; no dia 27 de março de 2018, utilizei pela primeira vez a academia, quando o proprietário se exaltou comigo simplesmente porque informei na recepção que não havia sabão nos banheiros para lavar as mãos! Ele informou que seria providenciado o sabão; no outro dia, 28 de março de 2018, fui lavar as mãos, porém não havia sabão nos banheiros, então informei novamente à sócia-proprietária, que me respondeu com deboche, sugerindo-me que lavasse as mãos com o álcool utilizado na higienização dos aparelhos de musculação! Então solicitei a rescisão do contrato! Havia pago adiantado R$ 718,80 pelo contrato de um ano, valor estornado com o desconto de R$ 70,00, valor imposto pelo proprietário como multa por rescindir um contrato do qual usufruí apenas dois dias! Os banheiros não têm sabão e papel para lavar e enxugar as mãos e NENHUM (não é exagero), NENHUM usuário utiliza toalha nos aparelhos de musculação (desafio qualquer um a adentrar inopinadamente na sala de musculação e encontrar alguém utilizando toalha)! Não recomendo esta academia!

Quase um ano e ainda não recebi o valor das mensalidades adiantadas que eu paguei, pouco antes da academia fechar de um dia para o outro. Cheios de lábia mas até hoje não recebi o meu dinheiro. Eu não esqueci! Vocês se aproveitaram das outras pessoas e não cumpriram o que prometeram.
