 I don't know why the store changed its features so much. For me, as a reader, it lost a lot the charm of a bookstore/stationery. I didn't like the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito bom pra comprar parcelado mas os preços são altos. Não gostei do caixa porque não dar pra ver a tela que registra os produtos. Comprei produtos que tinha um preço na etiqueta e quando cheguei em casa e conferir a nota o preço era outro e com valor mais alto.
It is very good to buy in installments but the prices are high. I didn't like the cashier because I couldn't see the screen that registers the products. I bought products that had a price on the label and when I got home and checked the note, the price was different and with a higher value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fui discriminado nessa livraria a varios anos atrás por conta da cor da minha pele. Segurança me seguindo em todas as gôndolas possíveis insistentemente. Perguntei o motivo de estar me seguindo e ele disse q nao tava. Eu disse q estava sim pq estava vendo, que eu tinha entrado era pra comprar, estava vendo os itens q precisava e que iria pagar. Fiz confusao nesse dia. Desde entao indico pra todos nao comprarem nessa livraria nojenta pq a discriminação é real. Se eu pudesse dar menos estrelas dava so pelo transtorno gerado. Nunca me esquecei desse dia e eu deveria ter filmado pra expor essa fuleragem. Livraria chula.
I was discriminated against in this bookstore several years ago because of my skin color. Security following me on every possible gondola insistently. I asked why he was following me and he said he wasn't. I said yes because I was seeing it, that I had entered to buy it, I was seeing the items I needed and that I would pay. I messed up that day. Since then I advise everyone not to buy from this disgusting bookstore because discrimination is real. If I could give less stars, I would only give it for the inconvenience generated. I've never forgotten that day and I should have filmed it to expose this bullshit. Foul bookstore.
