Terrible attendance. The seller does not even want to check any of the books I needed, has been saying he did not have, other than the dislike was stamped on his face. I will never be back.

Liguei para confirmar a disponibilidade de um determinado livro. Disseram que estava disponível e quando cheguei para comprar, constaram que venderam e não deram baixa no sistema.
Poderiam ter mais cuidado com o gerenciamento do estoque.
There is a lack of parking, a fundamental structure when purchasing school supplies.
I called to confirm the availability of a particular book. They said it was available and when I arrived to buy it, they stated that they sold and did not cancel the system.
They could be more careful with stock management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo. pessoa compra livros,veio faltando uns paradidático,qual eu tinha que pegar na escola. faz uma semana que escola não consegue me passar esses livros,até pq vc tem um telefone e ZAP que não funciona, ninguém pra atender clientes. moral da história minha filha está perdendo conteúdo pq paguei e não recebir. vamos ter mas compromisso .
terrible. person buys books, came missing some paradidactic ones, which I had to get at school. the school hasn't been able to give me these books for a week, until you have a phone and ZAP that doesn't work, no one to answer customers. moral of the story my daughter is losing content because i paid and didn't receive it. we will have more commitment.
