★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando compramos ele entregam rápido , mas quando temos problemas com eles ,e ligamos eles não atendem ,se não for por email ,e não resolvem . Comprei várias bíblias e livros e uma bíblia não veio mas está constando o pagamento no meu cartão e eles falam que foi entregue .
When we buy it they deliver fast, but when we have problems with them, and we call them they don't answer, if not by email, and they don't solve it. I bought several bibles and books and a bible didn't come but the payment is on my card and they say it was delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o produto que eu comprei não entregaram . e falaram que entregaram observação (colocaram meu nome no canhoto de recibo, uma letra horrível )e ainda mandaram uma foto canhoto para mim com canhoto com meu nome . sendo que o endereço era da casa do meu pai.
e fico por isso mesmo !!! fiquei e sem produto e nem o reembolso !!!! muito legal atendimento ao cliente vocês
the product I bought did not deliver. and said that they delivered an observation (they put my name on the receipt stub, a horrible handwriting) and even sent a left-handed photo to me with a stub with my name. the address being from my father's house.
and that's why !!! I was and without product and neither the refund !!!! very cool customer service you guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima, infelizmente os correios da minha cidade não entregou e o produto voltou, mais estou na luta para o reembolso. Eles enrolam demais, não estão nem aí para o cliente. Não índico por que eles não tem compromisso com o cliente, estou tentando receber faz mais mês.
It's being terrible, unfortunately the post office in my city didn't deliver and the product came back, but I'm in the fight for a refund. They roll too much, they don't care about the customer. I do not indicate why they have no commitment to the client, I have been trying to receive it for more months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um biblia de presente para o meu marido,veio com problema é até agora não resolveram o meu problema,a biblia veio rasgada amassada com letra normal sendo que,pedicom letra grande,e os beraus da biblia com os livros em destaque mais fácil para achar e não veio assim...eu espero sinceramente que resolvem o mais rápido possível.
I bought a Bible as a gift for my husband, it came with a problem and so far they haven't solved my problem, the Bible came torn with a normal letter and, pedicom with a large letter, and the Bible books with the highlighted books easier for find it and it didn't come like this ... I sincerely hope that they resolve it as soon as possible.

A única dificuldade que eu tenho encontrado é pra fazer meus pedidos pq todas vez que vou concluir a compra faço login mas nunca consigo acessar por motivo de já ser cadastrado e nunca confere com a atualização feita. Por isso não pontuei com 5 estrelas.
Excellent books and Bibles offered at very good prices. The only difficulty I've found is to place my orders because every time I'm going to complete the purchase I log in but I can never access it because I'm already registered and it never checks with the update made. That's why I didn't score 5 stars.
