Fiz encomendas várias vezes, por email e por telefone, mas parei de fazer pedidos porque muitas vezes fizeram confusão com os livros que solicitei e três das encomendas que fiz nunca chegaram na loja e ninguém da Disal entrou em contato para dar satisfações a respeito. Simplesmente confirmaram o pedido que eu havia feito, disseram que avisariam quando chegasse, e não ligaram na data prevista. Quando procurei saber o que acontecera, meus emails foram ignorados e ao telefone, a pessoa percebeu que a encomenda nunca tinha saído da loja. Isso aconteceu mais de uma vez.
O preço é bom, mas o atendimento passou a ser bem desorganizado, portanto, não vale a pena.
 Small shop with few book options in unit.
I placed orders several times, by email and by phone, but I stopped placing orders because they often messed up the books I requested, and three of the orders I placed never arrived at the store, and no one from Disal contacted us to give satisfaction. They simply confirmed the order I had made, said they would let me know when it arrived, and didn't call on time. When I tried to find out what had happened, my emails were ignored and on the phone, the person realized that the order had never left the store. This has happened more than once.
The price is good, but the service is well disorganized, so it is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, falta de livros didáticos e prazo de entrega de 30 dias úteis. Ou seja, os livros iriam chegar quase um mês do início das aulas. Nos concorrentes pelo mesmo livro tem-se no máximo 7dias úteis para entregar em casa, sem a necessidade de buscar na loja, sem falar na má vontade dos vendedores, que te tratam como se vc estivesse atrapalhando o bate-papo deled
Poor service, lack of textbooks and 30 working days delivery time. That is, the books would arrive almost a month from the beginning of classes. Competitors for the same book have a maximum of 7 business days to deliver at home, without having to search the store, not to mention the unwillingness of the sellers, who treat you as if you were disturbing the deled chat.

You can order books that are not available at that store as well check on their system if they have a book available at their other stores
