A escola dos meus filhos disponibilizou um link em sua página principal para a compra do livro de inglês. Este link nos levava a página da Disal. Eu fiz o pedido e travou o sistema antes da conclusão do mesmo. Orientada por um funcionário, através de contato telefônico, fiz outro pedido e desta vez deu certo. Porém, ao tirar o extrato do cartão de crédito vi que a compra foi feita em duplicidade. Desde então estou numa novela com a Disal. Não fizeram o extorno. Informaram que depositariam o dinheiro na minha conta e até hoje nada. O atendimento telefônico do Rio de Janeiro é péssimo, com funcionários despreparados.
Agora vou recorrer a escola, já que foi ela quem nos colocou nesta canoa furada.
My experience with Disal is being lousy !!!
My children's school has provided a link on their home page to purchase the English text book. This link took us to Disal's page. I made the request and locked the system before completing it. Guided by an employee, through telephone contact, I made another request and this time worked. However, when taking the extract from the credit card I saw that the purchase was made in duplicate. Since then I've been in a novel with Disal. They did not make the outfit. They informed me that they would deposit the money in my account and to this day nothing. Telephone service in Rio de Janeiro is terrible, with unprepared employees.
Now I'm going to go to school, since it was she who put us in this pierced canoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhum comprometimento com prazo de entrega. Comprei um livro didático 01 de janeiro que era para ser entregue até 28 do mesmo mês. O livro não chegou e eles nem comunicam o atraso. Quando eu liguei disseram que chegaria até 28 de fevereiro. Atendimento sofrível.
No commitment to delivery time. I bought a January 1 textbook that was to be delivered until the 28th of the same month. The book didn't arrive and they don't even report the delay. When I called they said it would arrive by February 28th. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira impressão já foi ruim ...comprei os livros de inglês que a escola indicou pelo site da empresa no dia 10/12. Após a compra ser aprovada levaria 04 dias para entregar o livro. Passaram mais de 04 dias e nada do pedido ser atualizado e entregue. Por fim, no dia 22/12 o pedido foi enfim concluído, e disponibilizado para retirada/entrega. Entrei no site da empresa e conferi os horários de funcionamento e fui buscar os livros hoje, dia 26/12. Para a minha surpresa encontrei a loja fechada, ao contrário do que informava no site. Decepção dois. Segunda tentarei novamente. Esperemos!
The first impression was bad ... I bought the English books that the school indicated on the company's website on 12/10. After the purchase was approved it would take 04 days to deliver the book. More than 04 days have passed and nothing of the order has been updated and delivered. Finally, on 12/22 the order was finally completed, and made available for pickup / delivery. I went to the company's website and checked the opening hours and picked up the books today, December 26th. To my surprise I found the store closed, contrary to what was reported on the website. Disappointment two. Monday I will try again. Hopefully!
