★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, fui na livraria procurar um livro, o rapaz que me atendeu nem se deu ao trabalho de procurar o livro que eu perguntei, falou que não tinha saiu me dando um cartão pra encomendar pelo zap. Eu até acho válido essa opção de pedir pelo aplicativo, só que o bom atendimento precede todas as coisas...
I didn't like the service, I went to the bookstore to look for a book, the guy who attended me didn't even bother to look for the book I asked for, he said he hadn't given me a card to order through the zap. I even think this option of ordering through the application is valid, but good service precedes everything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem fui ao local , telefonei na livraria perguntando se vendem livros didáticos, o rapaz que me atendeu disse "como assim livro didático?". Uma livraria que o atendente não tem noção do que seja um livro didático..é complicado!
I didn't even go to the place, I called in the bookstore asking if they sell textbooks, the guy who answered me said "how do you do textbook?". A bookstore that the attendant has no idea of what a textbook is ... it's complicated!
