somos suspeitos para falar, mas aqui vai um comentário sincero dos proprietários. Com os quase 25 anos de funcionamento da Livraria Saber, podemos dizer que não é necessário ser uma gigante comercial para ser bom e competente. Sabemos disso pelas conversas do dia a dia com os clientes e por observarmos que eles sempre retornam semana após semana, mês após mês e ano após ano. Isso se chama fidelização e só acontece com quem trabalha direito. Tentamos trazer com a mesma velocidade das grandes livrarias os principais lançamentos comerciais, os best-sellers, mas também não descuidamos do nosso catálogo, o ótimo livro que fica ali escondidinho na estante e que não tem esse apelo comercial todo. Quantas vezes não ficamos satisfeitos com o cliente encontrando um livro que não achou em lugar nenhum. Isso é trabalho do livreiro, que escolhe a dedo e compra livros toda a semana. Nas grandes livrarias isso é feito através de um sistema administrativo. Diferença enorme, não? Trabalho do livreiro é também indicar livros. É uma satisfação ver o retorno do cliente querendo mais livros indicados por nós!! Temos falhas? Obviamente. Mas fazemos o nosso melhor. Por isso, sem falsa modéstia, colocamos nossas cinco estrelas. With the almost 25 years of operation of Bookstore Saber, we can say that it is not necessary to be a commercial giant to be good and competent. We know this from day-to-day conversations with customers and seeing that they always return week after week, month after month, and year after year. This is called loyalty and only happens to those who work right. We try to bring with the same speed of major bookstores the major commercial releases, the bestsellers, but we also do not neglect our catalog, the great book that is hidden there on the shelf and that does not have all that commercial appeal. How many times have we been dissatisfied with the customer finding a book they didn't find anywhere. This is the bookseller's job, who picks his hand and buys books all week. In large bookstores this is done through an administrative system. Huge difference, no? The bookseller's job is also to indicate books. It is a pleasure to see the customer return wanting more books indicated by us !! Do we have flaws? Obviously. But we do our best. So, without false modesty, we put our five stars. Thank you all!

Achei um pouco demorado, mas estava dentro do prazo passado por eles.
