Ao longo da minha trajetória na formação continuada, faz mister agradecer pelo atendimento vip dos Funcionários (Noélia, Marcus, Cláudia, Rocha e Rosa). Hoje saí encantada pelo suporte do Sr. Marcus que me mostrou os livros atualizados de Direito (Civil e Penal) e da Pedagogia (Escolar e Empresarial). A agenda inteligente, os marcas textos e as canetas, nossa! Até a funcionária do caixa falou dos apontadores novos! A empresa fez a diferença com os bons funcionários e com as novidades. Como consumidora gosto de ser bem atendida, isso faz a diferença quando entramos nas empresas em geral, é o bom atendimento que abre portas, que faz o cliente voltar. Parabéns Livraria Universitária!
Dom Severino University Library, in Teresina - Pi, is a charm! Throughout my career in continuing education, I need to thank the staff for VIP service (Noelia, Marcus, Claudia, Rocha and Rosa). Today I was delighted by the support of Mr. Marcus who showed me the updated books on Law (Civil and Criminal) and Pedagogy (School and Business). The smart calendar, the highlighter and the pens, wow! Even the cashier spoke of the new sharpeners! The company made a difference with the good employees and the news. As a consumer I like to be well attended, this makes the difference when we enter companies in general, it is the good service that opens doors, that makes the customer come back. Congratulations University Bookstore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho q não estão pagando bem os funcionários,pq no atendimento por telefone é péssimo,sendo que fiz ligação duas vezes,a primeira a atendente não me ouviu e desligou na minha cara,pensei q ela tinha ido olhar no sistema e fiquei esperando,na segunda vez a atendente já disse q não tinha o livro de cara e tbm desligou sem ao menos ouvir o que eu ia perguntar sobre outro produto.
I think the employees are not paying well, because the phone service is terrible, since I called twice, the first attendant didn't hear me and hung up on me, I thought she had gone to look at the system and I was waiting, the second time the attendant already said I didn't have the book right away and tbm hung up without even hearing what i was going to ask about another product.

The store underwent a renovation that pleases the wider space and products displayed and easier to choose. Environment prepared for the clientele of books and stationery materials. The service leaves something to be desired lacking more courtesy. Prices are above average.
