Primeiro eu liguei para marcar e fui muito mau atendida, falaram que só marcavam pelo WhatsApp. Então falei no WhatsApp, só que elas me deram um chá de espera de dois dias para responderem se tinham vaga ou não. Daí consegui marcar. Pediram um nomero do cupom eu dei só que agora faz 24 hrs que não me respondem, não confirmam. Simplesmente me ignoraram. Tudo isso pq já está pago. Ms vou pedir o estorno. E não vou nesse estabelecimento, nem recomendo. Péssimo atendimento.

Depois desse comentário a cima ela veio falar comigo no WhatsApp para marcar a massagem de forma grosseira, arrogante, ignorante, mau educada. E teve a ousadia de me mandar apagar este comentário. E reintero, não indico nem para meu pior inimigo esta clínica. Falta de profissionalismo, arrogância e muito amadorismo são as características dessa clínica.
I won a procedure at this establishment. Aesthetic Lix. First I called to dial and I was very badly attended, they said that they only dialed for WhatsApp. So I told WhatsApp, except they gave me a two-day wait to answer if they had a vacancy or not. That's where I scored. They asked for a coupon number, I just gave it 24 hours ago that they do not respond, they do not confirm. They just ignored me. All this because it is already paid. I'll ask for the chargeback. And I do not go to this establishment, nor do I recommend it. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não me atendeu bem. A profissional responsável pelo procedimento (Lilian) era mt antipática, parecia que estava fazendo o trabalho obrigada! Comprei um pacote pelo peixe urbano e ela ficava falando com a outra que a promoção do peixe não dava retorno pra ela, super constrangedor! Não tenho culpa se não dava retorno, comprei o pacote e qria ser atendida dignamente. Com certeza não vou mais e tbm não indico essa clínica pra ninguém. Arrogância demais naquele lugar!
Tréplica: só de ver a resposta nesse meu comentário dá para ver a delicadeza da "profissional". Lembrando que meu caso não houve remarcação em cima da hora, era arrogância e maltrato gratuito mesmo.
It didn't serve me well. The professional responsible for the procedure (Lilian) was very unfriendly, it looked like she was doing the job, thank you! I bought a package for urban fish and she kept talking to the other that the fish promotion didn't give her a return, super embarrassing! It's not my fault if there was no return, I bought the package and wanted to be served with dignity. I'm definitely not going again and I don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Too much arrogance in that place!
Rejoinder: just by seeing the answer in my comment, you can see the delicacy of the "professional". Remembering that in my case there was no rescheduling at the last minute, it was arrogance and gratuitous mistreatment.
